part of its efforts to renovate a commercial building owned by it, contracted with Presnell to act as construction manager
for the Project. DeLor and Presnell completed and signed an American Institute of Architects ("AIA") document styled, "Standard
Form of Agreement Between Owner and Construction Manager where the Construction Manager is NOT a Constructor".
